Synopsis

Rachid, a young teenager surviving in Morocco, boxing in clandestine fights with the energy of despair, he fights day after day to gather the money necessary to pay a smuggler who will take him and his two friends to the other side of the Strait.

Director's bio

Mohamed Fekrane, of Franco-Moroccan origin, graduated from the film school (ETTIC/INA). He has made 5 short films, including the short film “Ensemble” which has received several awards and more than 200 selections. Dernier Round is his first feature film, which has won awards in several festivals.
