SYNOPSIS :
Riadh and Nazli are in their sixties and have an only son, Sami, who is preparing to sit for his baccalaureate. One day Sami disappears; a vague Facebook message explains that he has joined friends in Syria. Riadh decides to set out in search for his son.
About the Director :
Mohamed Ben Attia was born in Tunis in 1976. He studied audiovisual communication at Valenciennes after graduating at the Institut de Hautes Études Commerciales (IHEC) in Tunis in 1998. He has directed five short films among which Selma selected in competition at Clermont Ferrand in 2014. His first feature Hediwon two awards at the 2016 Berlinale, Best first film and Silver Bear for Best Actor.
