Synopsis

Mariam, a young married woman goes to hospital accompany with her husband and daughter to get examined for a severe abdominal pain but there is quite a surprising coincident that would take place to change the whole situation.

Director's bio

Morad Mostafa is an Egyptian filmmaker born in Cairo. He wrote and directed two short films Ward’s Henna Party and What We Don’t Know About Mariam; both had their world premieres in the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival and were selected in other major festivals and won over 30 international awards.
