The film tells the story of Hajj Abdullah, 78 years old, and his long and busy career in the practical field of restoring and decorating the historic old buildings of Sana’a with gypsum. He has been working in this profession for more than 60 years.

In 2021, Adel was recognized for his photographic talent, winning the Best Picture award out of 700 entries in the Yemen Hope for the Future Competition. Adel is dedicated to sharing compelling stories and aims to make a global impact in filmmaking and photography.
